"I started working with Rachel as I was recovering from burnout, grappling with existential questions about my work life, and charting the next stage of my adult relationships with parents and siblings. Through working together I was able to better understand my patterns and needs personally and professionally, and find greater acceptance and peace with those familial relationships. Rachel has met me where I am in every stage of our work together - from assigning me concrete “homework” when I asked for that to opening and closing our sessions with (much needed!) meditation and breath-work, our sessions evolved with my progress, needs, and our relationship. Rachel is positive, calm, flexible, and extremely perceptive. She cultivated trust quickly while also helping me build my trust in myself. I would highly recommend working with Rachel to anyone who is ready to do the work with someone who will partner with you to let go of what’s no longer serving you."
Individual Therapy Sessions
Individual therapy sessions offer an ongoing connection to support you on your path.
I specialize in integrative therapy that blends relational talk therapy with body awareness, breath, inner child work, and earth-based practices. I draw from IFS, somatic therapies, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, while also incorporating ACT and CBT to support aligned action.
I can support you through:
Relational trauma or attachment wounds
Significant life transitions
Low self-worth, anxiety, and depression
Substance use or addictive behaviors
Relationship issues, codependency, or boundaries
Burnout and existential questions around meaning and purpose
Our work together will be collaborative and focused on sustainable transformation, not just symptom relief. While sessions are spacious and supportive, I will also gently challenge you. I believe you already hold the wisdom you need within and my role is to support you as you rediscover that inner knowing.
Together, our work will effectively move you towards:
Greater clarity and confidence in your choices
Emotional resilience and self-compassion
A more authentic connection to yourself and others
A sense of wholeness, direction, and purpose
