Therapy with me is a space to explore what has shaped you — creating room for self-trust, belonging, and the freedom to live aligned with your values.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC/LPCC) and 500-hour RYT specializing in integrative therapy that blends relational talk therapy with body awareness, breath, inner child work, and earth-based practices. I draw from IFS, somatic therapies, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches — while also incorporating ACT and CBT to support aligned action.

I believe you already hold the wisdom you need within — my role is to support you as you rediscover that inner knowing.

My clients are often highly sensitive, introspective, or creative souls seeking depth and integration. I especially enjoy guiding those who are:
