Individual Therapy Sessions

Together, we can explore the experiences, patterns, and protective parts that have shaped you, creating space for greater self-trust, belonging, and the freedom to live in alignment with your values. Therapy can be a place to reclaim all parts of yourself with curiosity and care.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and 500-hour RYT specializing in integrative therapy that blends relational talk therapy with body awareness, breath, inner child work, and earth-based practices. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches — while also incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support insight and aligned action.

I believe each person already holds the wisdom they need within them — my role is to support you as you rediscover that inner knowing and create a life that feels meaningful and aligned.

Sessions with me are grounding, collaborative, and focused on sustainable transformation — not just symptom relief. While sessions are spacious and supportive, I also gently challenge clients to go deeper — to question old stories, examine inner conflicts, and take meaningful steps toward healing and freedom.
