Body as Teacher

Embodiment can mend fragmentation, becoming a doorway to healing, insight, and inner alignment. In therapy, the body can guide understanding, release tension, and reveal patterns that words alone cannot.

As a classically trained dancer, movement has always felt sacred to me. I trust in the body’s wisdom and its capacity to guide deep healing and move us towards inner knowing. In sessions, I may incorporate body-oriented modalities and somatic awareness to help you tune into what your body is carrying, move through stuck patterns, and strengthen your connection to yourself and others.
