    50-minute session: $185

    Extended 60-minute session: $220
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need.

Rachel’s practice is primarily private pay, which allows for greater flexibility and individualized care, free from the pressure to diagnose or tailor treatment to insurance requirements rather than your needs. This approach supports the authenticity and depth of her work.

To maintain commitment to accessibility, Rachel offers sliding scale private pay options and monthly superbills for you to submit for reimbursement (see next column).

    What’s Included:

    - Freedom to meet as frequently or infrequently as needed
    - No required diagnosis or medical record submission
    - Optional longer or more spacious sessions
    - Integration of modalities that may not be covered by insurance such as somatic therapies, creative arts, spiritual exploration, and plant medicine integration
    - Greater privacy and confidentiality due to the absence of third-party reporting

  • Out of Network Reimbursement

If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network coverage, Rachel can provide a monthly superbill for potential partial reimbursement. You can call your provider to ask:

What’s my out-of-network coverage for outpatient therapy?

What percentage is reimbursed after my deductible?

    Do you accept superbills?

  • Insurance

Rachel is in-network with the following insurance plans:

    Blue Cross Blue Shield

    Aetna

Insurance-based sessions are typically 45–50 minutes and require:

    - A mental health diagnosis

    - Session documentation for billing

    - Use of evidence-based protocols covered by your plan

  • Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance cannot be billed for missed or late-canceled appointments.
