  • Private Pay

    60-minute session: $175
    Extended session (75 minutes): $200
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need.

Private pay allows us to tailor the experience to your unique pace and process, without the limitations of insurance networks — such as session caps, required diagnoses, or constraints around approach.

What’s Included in Private Pay Work

    - Freedom to meet as frequently or infrequently as needed
    - No required diagnosis or medical record submission
    - Optional longer or more spacious sessions (60 or 75 mins)
    - Integration of somatic, mindfulness, body-based practices, psychedelic integration that may not be covered by insurance
    - Greater privacy and confidentiality (no third-party reporting)

  • Out of Network Reimbursement

If you have a PPO plan with out-of-network coverage, I can provide a monthly superbill for potential partial reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider to ask:

What’s my out-of-network coverage for outpatient therapy?

What percentage is reimbursed after my deductible?

    Do you accept superbills?

  • Insurance Based Therapy

I am in-network with the following insurance plans:

    Blue Cross Blue Shield

    Aetna

Insurance-based sessions are typically 45–50 minutes and require:

    - A mental health diagnosis

    - Session documentation for billing

    - Use of evidence-based protocols covered by your plan

These sessions can be a helpful option for clients needing short-term, structured support — or those seeking care within their insurance network.

Please note that insurance availability is limited and may have a waitlist.

  • Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may be waiting.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance cannot be billed for missed or late-cancelled appointments.

Exceptions may be made in the case of emergencies or illness — I appreciate your communication!
