Psychedelic Harm Reduction & Integration Therapy

A thoughtful space for exploration, reflection, and meaning-making.

Psychedelic experiences can bring forward powerful emotions, memories, and healing. They can also be confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to make sense of.

You may be considering psychedelic use or reflecting on a past experience. Either way, this is a space you can speak openly without judgment.

You may be seeking support with:

  • Exploring your intentions, expectations, or concerns about psychedelic use

  • Understanding potential psychological risks and personal vulnerabilities

  • Considering how your mental health history, medications, or circumstances may affect your decisions

  • Processing an experience that was meaningful, confusing, or difficult

  • Making sense of emotions, memories, imagery, or insights that emerged

  • Bringing what you learned into your relationships and daily life

Harm reduction is a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach that emphasizes informed decision-making, personal autonomy, and reducing risk.

We might look at:

  • Your motivations and expectations

  • Relevant mental health considerations and potential risks

  • Your values, boundaries, and support systems

  • Whether psychedelic use fits your intentions and current circumstances

My goal is not to encourage psychedelic use. It is to support thoughtful decisions grounded in an understanding of the potential benefits, limitations, and risks.

Harm Reduction

Integration is for experiences that feel psychologically significant, emotionally challenging, or hard to incorporate into everyday life.

Our work may include:

  • The emotional and personal significance of the experience

  • Symbolic imagery, memories, or emerging themes

  • Difficult emotions or unresolved questions

  • Connections between your insights and patterns in your relationships and history

  • How meaningful insights might shape your everyday choices

I combine this work with psychodynamic exploration, somatic awareness, parts work, and relational therapy. I do not impose a particular interpretation. Your understanding of your experience is our primary tool.

You do not have to make sense of everything alone. If you are looking for a grounded, nonjudgmental space to explore psychedelic experiences or questions, I welcome you to reach out for a consultation.

I provide psychotherapy focused on psychedelic harm reduction and integration to promote safety and healing. I do not provide, prescribe, administer, supply, or supervise the use of psychedelic substances.
